Sherlock Holmes and the Great Art Caper
A gang of art thieves rode the railroad into downtown Bloomington and stashed their loot along the line. The artwork was never recovered, the railroad is now the B-Line Trail, and a new generation of thieves is on the hunt. Sherlock needs your group to do the legwork.
How it works
The game begins at Get Out: Bloomington in Fountain Square and takes you out along the B-Line Trail and through downtown. It is untimed — most groups finish somewhere between one and two hours. It is recommended for 2–6 players.
Why it’s the easiest big-group plan in town
You can book up to twelve copies of the game and send twelve teams down the trail at once, competing against each other. There is no room capacity to work around, because there is no room.
Practical bits
Most of the game happens outdoors, so dress for the weather and bring water. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas. Instructions are delivered through Facebook Messenger, so download the app on someone’s phone before you arrive.
